CHIC CONDO
The condo kitchen was so small you couldn't make a cup of coffee. The floors were old and damaged, and the bathroom still had its 1950s’ pink and black tile. Removing walls created an open plan interior design. The kitchen layout was remedied by adding a peninsula full of cabinets, topped in granite to maximize countertop work surface, and a custom built-in home office area. New ceiling fixtures, sconces, and floor and table lamps provide layers of light. The bathroom was gutted and its walls and floors are now clad in classic limestone with a dramatic contrasting paint.
